Do I need to do anything to transfer my prescription?
No. Your Vibrant prescription transfers automatically to MedOptions Rx LLC. There's no paperwork, no new enrollment, and no need to contact your prescriber. MedOptions will reach out before your next refill to confirm your details.
Will my copay or out-of-pocket cost change?
Your benefit design stays the same. If your plan covers Vibrant today, it will continue to. If you've been paying a specific out-of-pocket amount, you can expect the same pricing through MedOptions. If your situation changes for any reason, a MedOptions specialist will walk you through your options before your refill ships.
Will my delivery schedule or shipping address change?
No. Your refill cadence and shipping address carry over exactly as they are today. Packages will continue to arrive in discreet packaging. If you need to update your address, phone number, or delivery preferences, MedOptions can take care of that when they reach out.
What happens to my information held at my current pharmacy?
The information needed to continue your Vibrant prescription — your prescriber details, shipping address, and refill history — transfers securely to MedOptions under standard HIPAA protections. Your current pharmacy partner will stop actively managing your Vibrant prescription as of June 15.
Who do I contact if I have a question before June 15?
Until June 14, please continue to reach out to your current pharmacy partner or the Vibrant support team for any questions about active refills. Starting June 15, MedOptions becomes your primary point of contact for anything prescription-related. Clinical questions about your treatment can always be directed to your care team.
What if I'm due for a refill right around June 15?
We've planned the transition so no one has a gap in therapy. If your refill falls in the transition window, either your current pharmacy or MedOptions will ship it — you'll be contacted directly with the confirmation. If you have any concerns, reach out to Vibrant support and we'll make sure you're covered.
Why is Vibrant switching pharmacy partners?
MedOptions Rx LLC brings deeper experience with specialty device dispensing and patient support, which lets us deliver a smoother, more responsive experience. The clinical treatment itself — the Vibrant Capsule — is unchanged.
Is MedOptions a legitimate, licensed pharmacy?
Yes. MedOptions Rx LLC is a fully licensed U.S. specialty pharmacy operating under standard state and federal pharmacy regulations. They're bound by the same HIPAA privacy requirements and dispensing standards as any licensed pharmacy.
