Dosing & Administration

One capsule, by mouth, at bedtime — 5 nights a week.

Take one capsule by mouth at bedtime, 5 nights per week. No bowel prep, fasting, or timing with meals is required.

20 capsules = a one-month supply. Refills as clinically appropriate.

Ordering for the VA

Referral → secure e-fax to MedOptions Rx → PO & refills for Veterans.
  1. Submit forms. For new patients, enter a Prosthetics consult for the Vibrant Starter Kit; complete the VA Referral Form and send it to your VA Pharmacy.
  2. Pharmacy review & e-fax. VA Pharmacy reviews and e-faxes MedOptions Rx at 844-956-5987.
  3. Payment. Issue PO to Vibrant Gastro, Inc.; MedOptions Rx e-invoices via Tungsten on Vibrant's behalf. Credit card available on request.
  4. Refills. The pharmacy contacts the VA 3–4 business days before the next refill to confirm dispensing and payment.
  5. Fulfillment. Typical shipment 2–5 business days to the Veteran's home or VA Pharmacy.
